In my chair, I go beyond haircuts, and I cultivate lasting friendships and unforgettable experiences. Since 2016, I have not only offered quality haircuts but also moments of genuine connection, laughter, and shared stories. As a barber, I have dedicated myself to the craft of fading, shaving, beard trims, and cuts, but also growing friendships and helping restore confidence, so my clients can feel more like themselves again. I have spent the better part of 10 years in the barbering industry, 7 of those in Central Oregon! Hair has been a passion of my since I was a girl, and I’m fortunate enough to say that I truly love what I do! What’s not to love when you get to make an individual feel better than when they walked in to see you? I’m excited to continue to provide service to my clients in an incredible new space! I look forward to building further with our Electric Light family in serving all of our community!

I've been cutting since 2017 and specialize in tailored cuts and beard trims, always built around you. I'm all about personal connection, not following old-school face shape “rules.” Whether you want to get creative or keep it clean, I'm here for it.
I also work with women’s hair, including extensions and fun touches like hair tinsel—because why not add something cute and playful?
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me at local punk and metal shows, or rolling and boogying at the pavilion with the fam bam.

Hey there! I’m Nikki Gifford, tattoo artist who thrives on creative collaboration and bold ideas. If you can bring me three elements—a concept, a vibe, or even just feelings—I’ll turn them into something original in my evolving illustrative style.
I’m stepping into my second year as a licensed artist, and while I’m still shaping my style, I know what I love: medium-bold linework, filler pieces that flow with what you already have, reworks, custom designs, and lots of experimentation. I’m here for the weird ideas, the meaningful ones, and everything in between.
What really lights me up is the collaboration—working with clients who trust the process and come ready to co-create. One of the best parts of my journey has been working under @Capitol and now joining @ElectricLightBarbershop. A shop that feels more like a creative clubhouse. It's a barbershop-style pace, a safe and welcoming vibe, and an atmosphere that keeps the inspiration flowing.
Central Oregon might be packed with artists, but that just means I’ve had the chance to learn from some seriously talented people. The support in this community is real—and it pushes me to keep growing.
A few things to know:
• I give rough estimates to start, and once we’ve nailed the idea and you’ve paid for drawing time, I’ll provide a final quote and get your appointment on the books.
• I love booking multi-day sessions for bigger concepts. Let’s go deep on one theme and make something unforgettable.
• I’m all about flow, respect, and real conversations. Pay your deposit, reschedule with intention, and don’t be afraid to share feedback—this is a two-way street.
